RIVER CAMP RV PARK POLICIES

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire with the Campground Management. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation BY READING AND ACKNOWLEDGING the following simple rules:



CHECK-IN
Check-in after 12 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival. Check in is NOT before 12:00 pm.
Check-In prior to 8:00 p.m. If you are not able to check in prior to this time, please call so we know to expect you.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out on or before 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night. Please pick up your trash, including any trash in your firepit, and dog waste before leaving.

CANCELLATION/REFUND
If you cancel within 30 days, we take the greater of a $100 Service Charge or a charge of a two night stay during your reservation. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you will not receive a refund.


SPEED LIMIT
The SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH from the POINT OF THE entry gate. NO FASTER! Speed limit is 5.5 MPH as posted, once your enter the interior of the park. Mind the speed signs to ensure the safety of children, wildlife and all guests. NO EXCEPTIONS!


QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No generators from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.


TABLES, PARKING, RUGS and WASHING RULES
Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. If you need an extra table for a larger group, please inquire with Management.

No parking on the grass.

No out door rugs on the grass (sites are large enough to have your rugs on the gravel pads).

NO WASHING vehicles, ATV's, Motorcycles, Campers or other items.


VISITORS
Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. Visitors must also mind all park rules.


CHILDREN
Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Children must have an adult over 18 while at or near the river.
Please do not allow your children to chase after the wildlife or cross through other camp sites.
No water balloons.


PETS
We are permitting all breeds of obedient and friendly dogs.
All Animals (cats included) must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite.
Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures or picnic tables. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner or there will be a $50 charge for cleaning your site. Waste must also be picked up in the field areas as these are also used for guest enjoyment.


FIRE PITS and FIREWOOD
Firewood is available for purchase at a minimum of $10. Absolutely NO collecting firewood from the property is allowed. Firewood is properly stacked for your access.
Fire Pits are not for trash; NO cigarette butts, bottles, glass, cans, cardboard or other items that will not burn down to ash.
Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers OR ON THE GRASS.
Fires are prohimbited during ban conditions or high winds.
Completely extinguish all fires before leaving the campsite.


FIREWORKS
Fireworks and any explosive items are NOT ALLOWED on the Campground premises and on the property at any time.


GARBAGE
Trash is located on the backside of the connex containers.
Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpster. Please use both sides of the dumpster and lids closed as this will keep visiting racoons away.


FISHING
Fishing is for paying GUESTS only.
NO live bait.
Flies and lures only.
Catch and release.
PLEASE stay on the park property and respect the neighbors No Trespassing signs.


RV SITES
2 Vehicles per site. (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite) NO PARKING ON THE GRASS. NO WASHING RV'S OR VEHICLES. WE ARE NOT ON A WELL SYSTEM OR CITY WATER. WE HAUL WATER IN.


TENT GUESTS
If you are visiting the campground for three or more days, please move your tent one tent-length on your third day.


DRY CAMP SITES A THRU E
These sites are marked A thru E. Please be sure to park verticle and next to your marker. This allows easier entry and exit for other campers. Generators are allowed, however, you must adhere to the quiet time hours. If you are unsure of where to park, please ask. We are always happy to help!
Only propane fire pits are allowed in the Dry Camp area.


DAMAGES
You are liable for the actions of your pets, children and guests. You are financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities.


PLAYGROUND AREA
Your children are your responsibility. Please be aware of their play activities and ensure they are not playing in a manner that would cause an injury to themselves or others.
